The six apartments share the same general specifications: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the first category, and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the second. The real differences show up in the price, including:
- The apartment with a private garden costs about 1.37 million EGP (around 8.7%) more than the typical-floor 3-bedroom apartment of the same size, 151 m².
- The price per m² in the lowest-priced apartment, at 116 m², is about 96.7 thousand EGP, while in the 107 m² apartment it is about 109.7 thousand, even though the former is larger. The data does not give the reason for this difference, and the sales team explains whether it comes down to the floor or the orientation.

Payment schedule for each unit
All the apartments are delivered with a 10-year payment plan that starts with a down payment equal to 5% of the price. This down payment is half of the 10% that some developers require. The announced instalment equals 2% of the unit price, and some listings describe it as "annual" and others as "quarterly"; the sales team explains the actual payment frequency.
